I try not to eat in airports. The only exception is I make a point of getting espresso at Klatch at LAX. One of the owners is a previous US barista champ and she does a great job of training up the staff and doing quality control. The result is some of the best espresso and cappuccino on the planet. Of course, people who want sugar syrup mixed with coffee roasted to the point of turning it into ashes can still go to charbucks.
