Interesting experiment: get weed from a dispensary, repackage in a baggie, take it to the lab and claim it's from a caretaker, see if it tests clean.

What is interesting, and perhaps a bit insulting about the article is how they lump home growers, caregivers, and black market all together. Legal home growers and caretakers are no more (or less) "black market" than the dispensaries.
