Merry Monarch tickets ?

Yeah, those seats are hard. The experienced bring their own pillow and perhaps some snacks in their pockets. I would not bring a cooler as local style as that may be.
Assume the best and ask questions.

well, if we are confessing ...
Hula competitions put me to sleep. I like the idea, I think it is all great, it is an amazing experience for those who participate -- it's all wonderful ...
but as a spectator, I get bored. I am not trained to perceive the nuances between one dancer and another.

I don't understand the nuances of ice skating either, but at least I can tell the difference between completing a jump and falling on the okole ... nothing so dramatic with hula.
Not a fan of hard seats. [Smile] You guys have fun!

I love seeing the halau members around town, all dressed up.

...and make sure your friends know that they're talking a commitment of 5-6 hours of hula each night. Seat cushions are an absolute must!

Hi Rich,
yes, already plan to go on Wednesday. But wanted tickets to go to one of the group competitions also.
If you still have the tickets I am interested. You have my email, so let me know.
Thanks.
