I was there yesterday. Some friends of mine are renting in the neighborhood, so I would have thought that it would be easy for us to have access. Well, it wasn't. We got told off by a lady when we were walking on one of the narrow cement barriers (not realizing that it was private property). We asked where the public access is and she said that there used to be, but the the guy who live next to it gated it off so nobody could get through. It was all very strange. Luckily my friends had their own tide pool in their backyard so we just enjoyed that instead.
