No kidding about how anybody can afford it. A little while back a women was in front of me at the checkout in KTA using her ebt. She then shelled out cash to buy some cigarettes. [?]

Substance addiction is a medical problem and should be dealt with as such.

The irony in allowing a barely-regulated free-market for one smokable while investigating and imprisoning users of a different smokable is ... both expensive and painful to watch.
