I read that HIlo Airport had record rain. Not sure what that means, but I know it was a lot!

At our house we've gotten 22 inches of rain in 7 days. Geeze! The ducks sure are happy!

Looks like we will be welcoming in 2014 with a fairly clear evening, been warm and sunny since just after 10 AM. Not a cloud in the sky at the moment. Enjoyed the rain but glad it is sunny today!

Glad for the sun too,the solar hot water was getting dangerously close to body temperature.
