Sometimes I get a sting that is so bad none of the creams bring any relief at all. In those cases ice works really well to bring down the inflammation and then the creams will work.

Maybe its the calamine that works too.

(we have had the KFA guy doing our yard and after 4 months fire-ant stings are nill. Small yard though.)
