I believe Oakland is by far the cheapest.

I am now working with someone, and we are looking at a 20 foot container which would go out of Oakland, preferably at the end of June. The two of us don't have a whole lot so anyone else who has something they would like to add to it, contact me. We can work out the cost according to how much each of us has.
