Pets, Vog, Air Purifiers

Cindy, where do you live that is so voggy? We've certainly had the vog north of Hilo this last few weeks, very unusual for us. Maybe this is temporary?

I would not assume the one cat is vog sick. He may have a virus. Are you sure he didn't get a wound? My cat has acted like that and turned out to have an abscess from getting in a scrap. Also can be a symptom of FIV, has your cat been tested recently?

My house is hot too ... always is in the summer. I love the winters though.

I am confused ... you lived here 12 years but you also just moved here? (sorry, I can't keep track of everyone's lives here)

If anyone knows how to manage the direction of vog from an active volcano in the neighborhood, please let us all know.
