If it is the matter of liability for the incorrect or not updated information
only,then I'd think a
disclaimer note window prior to viewing TMK could solve the problem?
The county site already has it.

MLSHawaii always had the disclaimer on the site, so that's not an issue. In regards to other real estate sites, just remember MLSHawaii/Aloha Living is our official MLS site, they sell the data to other companies that might or might not display all the information from MLS. The data is not even up to date on those sites, realtor.com uploads the data once a week.

I was in a meeting with several other leading real estate agents yesterday, and when the subject of the new MLS came up one of them said "Somebody ought to be shot!" How true it is!

Yes they do display all the information that the public is supposed to have access to.
Wes' site is part of Hilo Brokers and you can do a search there for any property.

I think most of people would go for the agency (agent)who doesn't make a customer to go extra mile of unnecessary and sometime frustrating clicking around.
