The East Pu'u O'o webcam seems to be showing steam that looks as if there is a surface flow this afternoon ...:

Last night there were lots of little bright dots all about on the close in webcam...seemingly down the new cone within a cone...& today the new cone has a lot of dull black above the shiny black.... Oh my mind can create so many scenerios....

You deserve a gold star indeed, even if only a metaphorical one! Pu'u O'o did manage to slop lava out over its rim this time, but it certainly busted out of its flank too. So both predictions were correct.

We were looking at the webcams in my homeroom this morning, I can't wait to show them the change tomorrow!
