That is a good point. I have seen people here who think nothing of driving while stoned, and have argued with me that it's "perfectly fine". Hopefully, they'll be feeling too "paranoid" to be going around and around in a circle!

May I suggest something ?
As part of this grand plan, make sure a bull dozer is parked close by to remove this stupid road block when all of Pahoa, Hawaiian Beaches, Nanawale Estates, Leilani Estates, Kapoho, Kalapana, and the scattered jungle folks NEED to get out of there in a hurry.
Just a thought. Wait untill the first BIG truck gets stuck in that loop.
