Hilo airport arrivals
#11

Since your only being "told" this...I would first suggest that you verify that the voice that is telling you this has any clue what they saw & when they saw it...

The person that told me this was at the airport returning a rental car and he was once in the Coast Guard - he knew what he was talking about.

I would imagine they were Chinooks seen yesterday over Pahoa. Tandem Rotor birds and with the cargo gates down they appear to have an oddball rear bumper or platform low off the rear fuselage when seen from a distance. They're fun to rappel out of and since the cargo gates were down, I'd imagine that's exactly what they were about to go do. Part of me was a wee bit jealous and wanting to be up there again.
What ever they were doing, they were having a good time, I'm sure.

Imagine the blow when one stumbles across the fact that the Bible is based on stories about extra terrestrial from Sirius who were making a second visit to the planet Earth during the said times and "God" had nothing to with everything from Genesis Chapter 2 "lord God" onward through the old testament.
Simply devastating.
Buua...hahaha.

We're wandering off campus. Let's keep it Hawaii.

Assume the best and ask questions.

That's like wandering off the reservation... lol.

Da Chinooks headed inland -

I think they were rappelling down near the lava flow, all hot, smoky, stinky and nasty. Kind of like going in hot without the bullets snapping through the airframe spitting chards of aluminum at yaSmile
