Yeah, just like I said, they are old farts and we are not in Alaska. Take it anyway you want. It still does not explain the actions of their candidate. If there was any righteousness in the Jacobsons they would tell their candidate to resign and think about another career.
You may have known Bob and Julie and yes they may have helped you but I am talking about their role in this election and the parts they have played in it. And the wisdom and advise they have given to their candidate. Sure looks like it is working.
Think about it folks. $30,000 they spent for a primary election. Most of that money came from outside of the district and off island.
The promises that Tiffany made at the start of her campaign, for what ever reason , have been broken by her. The money that she accepted is in fact counter productive to the wishes of the people on this island.
Just remember folks $30,000 spent in a primary and she still came in second place.

The riddle was meant to be a little vague. I thought you might work it out, maybe I was too vague, but certainly did not expect Sativa to figure it out, and she missed the point entirely as usual.
All those clues pointed to one particular thing about Tiffany's roast, and it was that she roasted the candidates. This seems to have upset RJ and Sativa in particular, but in my opinion, if you put yourself up for public office you have to accept things like this will happen. Yes, the roast really did appear to shed light on Tiffany's character, but RJ and Sativa did miss an opportunity that might have made them look a little more interested in the residents of Puna rather than themselves or the candidates.
The roast included attacks on Puna residents, not just candidates. Those residents were given no opportunity to defend themselves and they were not aware they would be targets of the attack. Personally, I found the roast hilarious, but not in the way Tiffany meant it to. I took little offence in what was said, but RJ should have pointed out that regular people, Puna residents, some of whom would be represented by Tiffany on the council, were attacked and insulted by a candidate for the council. Who gives a toss about candidates being attacked? But when residents are also attacked, maybe someone should point that out and then I might have been a little more sympathetic to RJ's meltdown.
