Well, it is amazing that 30 odd posts have followed Sativa's reposting of the old Puna Online post (including my own reply), and not one person other than Sativa has made a comment on the content as it relates to the candidate. No one has asked for any clarity on the context of why Tiffany was banning these people.
So I will address that. (For the record, I didn't know it would be posted here, and I would have redacted names, but I see that Cat did not redact her own name when she quoted it, so I'm going to move on from that drama.)

Stop referring to me online. And stop referring to my husband's business online.
The context here was a forum conversation on the Galan proposed zoning change next to Jeff Hunt Surfboards.
While several people thought that Tiffany was suppressing competition and that the skate shop should have been welcomed, on the opposite side was "Ken" who appeared to be intimately acquainted with every nuance of the history of the dispute and the Hunt's own history of working towards commercial zoning compliance.
That's all it was, a debate of an issue going before the County Council.
Tiffany's response was to threaten the naysayers -- threat conveyed via a not very willing Damon Tucker.
I said at the beginning of this campaign that Tiffany's response to criticism is over the top, and she won't do well in politics until/unless she gets past that. She has filed Ethics complaints against County employees for not wishing to talk to her (due to her aggressive manner). She threatens people with legal action. But this is just immature.

______ photo will be printed and posted in the shop by tomorrow morning before doors open for business.
She will put their pictures on display in the shop as persona non grata. Theoretically this is so some retail help in the shop will recognize them and not serve them, but there is no need to put the photos on the wall in public view.
This threat received some mockery at the time because none of these people were customers of the Surf Shop nor had any desire to be. It was a case of I'm not letting you in this establishment ... that at least one of them had already declared he would boycott in support of the skate shop.
The Big Island Candidate forum at Akebono was a forum held to benefit voters, but she decided to ban them from this event too.
The cartoon thing had been going on for six months at this point. It was the zoning change discussion that enraged her and triggered the ultimatum.
