Someone I don't know heard a rumor Ken is dead, so he votes in Chicago.
Of course he can still run for office in Hawaii. (but only as an incumbent)

From Hawaii County Website with respect to the rules of absentee voting:
•Any person registered to vote may cast an absentee ballot.

•You may also vote at an absentee walk-in polling place before election day.

Correct, case is still pending. Now if Tiffany would go make a statement, it could go to the grand jury.
It's been about 90 days since the investigation began, and still she has not talked to the police, so of course she has not been charged yet.

Sounds like a police problem to me.
And if there has been a violation of a request to come in to talk with the Police, the power of an arrest warrant is available 24/7.
But you would rather ignore facts and go on the supposition of her just being guilty.
