I found it. 1-Gallon BpA Free Container for $2.78 at Walmart online. $2- at our local store.

I reuse older water bottles from Arrowhead, they are 3 qt and 5 oz, I think. They have a body formed to grip better for me. I can't handle the larger than a gallon very well either. I usually replace mine when I on them on a Safeway personalized deal, when I need more.

WHERE? I have been looking for these for years. I've only seen the 5 gallon variety at walmart.

Pig bladders do the trick. Usually free, just ask around among your neighbors who hunt.

I agree glass is best but the heavy plastic apple juice gallons from Costco work great for me.
