Once again, if Kenoi's presence at the hostess bar was for county business, why hasn't he made a simple declaration of who he was entertaining and what the county connection was? And if that can somehow be explained, what about the surfboard and his bar association dues? The Kenoi apologists can try every imaginable excuse, distraction, and lynch mob accusation, but in the end he is in some well-deserved serious trouble.

This isn't the first time Billy has been in trouble, previously we read about a gambling mob connection/fatal shooting at Punalu'u and how he spoke at a fundraiser for legal fees for the accused.
He thought he could just keep riding that corruption wave into eternity or at least the end of his 2 terms. Sorry Billy, Puna is one of the fastest growing communities in America, your new neighbors are savvy and educated. The days of the good ole boys padding their wallets with taxpayer money is being exposed and prosecuted. I hope you rot in prison, people work very hard and pay big taxes these days to go into maintaining and bettering our lives on this island not for your decadent lifestyle. Shame.

Shouldn't there be a greater separation of the executive branch from the judicial, at the county level? This appears to show there's not.
