Puna Man Arrested for Mass Violence Threat
#11
After almost every mass shooting at a school, a church, a movie theater, it's reported on the news that police confiscate the killer's computer, phone, and notebooks looking for clues as to why he might have committed such an act. Did he say anything on social media or somewhere else that might have tipped off a friend, a citizen or authorities if only they had paid closer attention?

Here in Hawaii, the guy calls to announce when and where he plans to commit this mass shooting, and after the police do their job in apprehending him, the court sends him home with a $2000 deposit.

“What we take to be true is what we believe. What we believe is based upon our perceptions. What we perceive depends on what we look for. What we look for depends on what we think. What we think depends on what we perceive. What we perceive determines what we believe. What we believe determines what we take to be true. What we take to be true is our reality." -David Bohm

Impersonating a police (or fire) officer, multiple times, $2500 bail.

If he does go through with it, maybe they'll take the next threat a little more seriously.
