How many people actually go up to the white mountain to pray anyway.10, 50 , 100 people. Where did they get their ali'i qualifications from.. is there some sort of application you fill out... or is it ' I just feel I'm better than you.. so I'm gonna.

I don't understand it either since none except ali'i were allowed up in the past. They seem to make up the rules as they go and everyone else is supposed to go along with the new, made-up rules.

So sewage will leak & flow into Puhi Bay, the pipe not to be repaired "until spring" which could mean what? Two, three, even four months? Wasn't there some recent discussion about Water Protectors flying in from Standing Rock to protest the Mauna Kea watershed pollution by a zero-waste TMT, possibly misinformed like Rick in the movie Casablanca who came for the waters, not realizing it was smack dab in the desert?
As long as Water Protectors are out & about though, couldn't they be informed about the official county signs marking the exact location of real pollution in Puhi Bay? And then they in turn could protect some water that could use protecting, right where X marks the spot.

It's an "outfall pipe", meaning it leaks by design, but it's "health risk" now that it's leaking closer to shore where people might swim.
Don't let mere facts get in the way of TMT outrage, though.

No.
But there is a difference between 1 or 5 seals & whales going where nature calls, and 10,000 or 100,000 people doing the same thing. Outhouses had been legal, even environmentally appropriate when they were 2 or 3 miles apart.
The problem is quantity, not quality.
