I just received an opportunity to get a buy a business that is similar to "sitter's unlimited" on Oahu - do you think a "sitting" (babysitting, house sitting, pet sitting) would do well? The cost for a baby sitter was about $13/hr (CPR/PD clearance, references etc) similar for house & pet sitters. I didnt think there were enough small children to make this work... and most people get a friend or neighbor to house or pet sit...

What do you all think?

Andrew - isn't there a Baskin Robbins next to Subway on the 11? Near the Sack N Save?

A good ol' down home bbq joint would be great. Haven't come across one anywhere on the island yet. I've even mulled over the idea of opening one myself. I love me some good bbq ribs....mmmmmmm.

What's the name of that guy who does the BBQ ribs at the Makuu Market? When we were there it looked pretty awesome. I thought I heard he had a place locally. Had a huge open grill and tons of ribs and chickens sizzling away on it...
