Fire in HPP

Coming back from the transfer station in Keaau and saw a plume of black smoke coming from HPP. Soon after firetuck and ambulance passed us and turned down Kaloli. Looked the fire was on 27th between Kaloli and Paradise. This was about 11:30 am.

Yesterday I saw a guy doing a "controlled" burn at about 17th & Kaloli. He does it quite a bit, even though illegal.
I thought at the time how many rumors of outbreaks would start when people saw his smoke.
