Hope we can meet up, Voyager, and I'm no stranger to depression. I'm on Kaloli Pt so perhaps you are a new neighbor and a very welcome one I might add. Maybe this will perk you up:

Was wondering what has become of Andy's Ukulele Jam session/class which used to meet at the Leilani community center on Moku Street every month? Have they relocated to another venue?

I believe Andy was the one that was ticketed for parking on a Leilani street, then headed a movement to take a letter to the county to get the curfew lifted.
The county "raided" the letter signing at the community center stopping the signing. Then, he delivered the letter to the county at the next "community" meeting. As far as I know nothing ever came of it. The curfew was lifted after the news coverage of a Leilani couple. I have seen nothing of Andy since. I too wonder what's with him. I hope all is well. EDIT: Oh yeah, the music. Thanks folks, a great collection of slack key +. I now have a larger collection of favorites.

Was a Democrat until gun control became a knee jerk, then a Republican until the crazies took over, back to being a nonpartisan again. This time, I can no longer participate in the primary.

@ Tom
It isn't as bad as it might sound to others. Its just business as usual, my normal state. I've been putting off going to town for 3 or 4 days now, just don't want to deal with people. Broke the toilet handle and have to lift the lid off, put my hand down into the water and lift the flapper valve to flush it. I'm getting tired of it, but not tired enough of it to go to town yet, but soon.

Yeah tp,
If we were home I'd have probably setup something like that. It's kinda what we'd do when the power goes out. We have a gravity feed from the catchment tank to an outdoor spigot. We could always get water from it. I have to get it fixed before M'Lady gets home. She'll be very irritated if it isn't fixed before she gets here. I certainly don't want to deal with that. I'd rather go to town and deal with the people. EDIT: Beamer and Iz are hard to not put at the top of any Hawai'ian music list.
