I sincerely hope that the forensic analysis will go back to the tenure of the former GM. The BOD and former GM had a lot of questions arise about financial shenanigans. This is the same group that is involved with the lawsuit. Why only go back 4 years? If we go back 5 years, that will include the former GM. If we go only 4 years, we miss all the rumored financial funny stuff from the fired former GM.

Agreed Karma. It’s our money and we’d like to know how it’s been spent.

It's been a long time Karma....

Hey why not go back 5 yrs? But the problem is we can't even get the forensic analysis started..you have more power than you think you do.

It's up to the membership to tell the board to carry out the will of the membership which was cast by a unanimous vote at a membership mtg. Same with the bylaw amendment ballot which is the membership's right to amend their bylaws whenever they wish per our bylaws and state law.

The Bylaw Committee put the forensic analysis in the bylaw ballot last Feb when it went to vote at the membership mtg as a new bylaw proposal and secondary effort to get it done. They saw the board was stalling after the members voted for it in Oct 2017. Professional mgmt is also w/in the bylaw ballot. The ballot must go out.

It's now being hung up by a frivolous board excuse...what they don't get is they have no say in the matter. The bylaws and state law backs the Acts of the Membership. They are supposed to get those ballots printed up and mailed out. The printing company is waiting for their 50% down ($1500) and for the GM to provide them with an excel spreadsheet with the lot owners names and addresses to print onto the ballot.

At the last board mtg, former Dist2 rep R Mizuba was complaining during owner input about the cost of the postage. It's the membership's money, it's their ballot and it's their right to receive the ballot in their mailbox so they can vote.

I hope they go back too just to prove to this foolish establishment there was NO shenanigans with former GM and Staff.

Hard to do anything when the office wont even let the ballots be printed. They hold the purse strings

Are the ballots invalid if not printed by the office?

Pass the hat. Invite the media.

HPP needs a two-pronged attack on the rogue Board. One fork is the audit, the other is switching to professional management. The rogues stay on the Board because of member apathy, or, if they need a break, they have puppets replace them. Using two attacks and keeping member pressure on them is the only effective tactic to enable HPP to emerge from this mess.
