Has anyone gone to a lawyer for a free initial consultation on this matter (many lawyers will do this to drum up business)? They could tell you how to best proceed and how much it is likely to cost or even if there's a case to be made. Another question is why not try to get board members who are causing problems recalled? Use their own tactics against them.

Aloha,

There's a Special Board Meeting tonight at 6. Those interested in the topic of mailboxes may wish to attend. The USPS has been working w/the MEMBERSHIP Mailbox Committee and there has been great progress by this hard working committee and USPS.

Try to attend if you can.

In my HPP Road Maintenance Bill:

The annual dues have been increased with the stipulation this year of it being used to asphalt pave one mile of road.

There are about 150+ miles of roads in HPP. I'm not sure how much is already paved, but it looks like we'll be well into the 22nd century before the job is completed. At that pace maybe the board should just wait for flying cars?

Don’t forget paved roads wear out over time. Maybe you should revise your estimate?

It’s my understanding that is an ADDITIONAL mile. Maybe. Who knows?

Maybe they should take out a loan to pave all the roads......again.
