Hi Nancy,
That is great that you have a definitive diagnosis now to work with. So you can move on toward healing yourself and knowing why it turned that way. So very important and a good message for the rest of us to hear apparently too.
)
This is not directed at you in any way, but if only the rest of us, myself included would do the same for our own liver health. It is amazing how much abuse our bodies take from what choices we make on food items, to how we take care of our world.
Environmental impacts that I was talking about in the other forum are one of the things worth pondering over. No doubt when you are building and finishing those new houses and you are breathing fumes for months from off gases, those kinds of things can have a relevance to your body. Paint can give off VOC for a long, long time as well as carpet etc.
Being asthmatic I have to be careful for everything like this, but those are the types of things along with air pollution etc. that very well cause asthma and other conditions. So many more people are suffering from allergies and asthma than before because of all the things we are doing to our environment. That is why I mentioned to folks about not using carpet. it doesn't last near as long as other flooring and it creates a very unhealthy environment where ever it is. Later after usage, it fills up lots of space in a landfill where it just sits there and does not break down. There is just so much more that we can do, so that the earth can heal itself also. I am afraid for later generations and how they might live if we keep going on with all of our ways of living and not thinking of how it impacts us later.
Did your Dr. give you any names/authors of books that you can share on what would be a help?
It is great to hear that you will soon be on your way to feeling better, now that you know how to work with it and are motivated to learning.
Aloha,
Lucy
