HPP BIZ: Part the second

Well, so I guess I have been MIA for to long. Been busy helping an auntie get out of HPP dodge. That makes 3 family members out. If any one ....any one at all out there thinks that things can be turned around with the GM holding the reigns at this point; all I can say is there are benefits to being delusional.
I read the article in the Tribune. It was deceptive. How does a reporter say that a board member is getting sued when she has not even been served. I guess there is no freedom of speech for anyone unless you are a participant in the cabal. I believe it has been documented that the GM has sworn at people and called them names but he can't take some pure and honest criticism.

And what is this with Strauss representing him. I think this would be a huge conflict as he is still representing the illegally fired employees. Maybe Strauss should finish one law suit before he takes on another. He has helped drag that one out for over 4 years. Not what I call efficient or ethical. Maybe he can only get clients like the GM now. More wasted $$$$$. More wasted time. More roads going to pot.... like potholes. Really HPP people. Are you going to just keep on keeping on for all eternity or until our coffers are empty then get upset?
If the market had not cooled down, I'd be puting up a For Sale sign too but the timing is off. This stuff keeps going on, none of use may be able to sell any way.

You know nothing about the first case and why there are so many delays, not Strauss
If you think health care is expensive now, wait until you see what it cost when it’s free...now here come the taxes.....

It's all public record and the last entry looks like they no longer want a trial. It was a motion for withdrawal of plaintiffs motion for trial setting.

It looks like they were hanging their whole case on the fact that Robert's Rules weren't followed.Maybe Kahunascott can explain.I think most of the people named in the suit are long gone.

"Where did you get this info Obie? Appears your spouse knows more than his board peers? Interesting."

Mermaid

You are paranoid and clueless.A board member should be able to find that information.
You still think I am someone I am not !

PS
You are probably one of those does in the suit, so maybe you shouldn't be posting so much bogus info on Punaweb.

Maybe you can't read, #178 for trial setting had to be moved.
#179 is the new trial setting date for this summer. The law suit is moving to trial this year.

Maybe a forensic audit will clear the GM's good name!

Whatever. If you had a strong case it would have been settled years ago.

Yup. Just might be what it'll take to clear his "good" name.

It doesn't matter what he did... The board is his employer and they can't comment AT ALL - GOOD or BAD about a current or a past employee(s). There are both Federal and State labor laws that protect employees

Bogus?

For someone who insists they have no links to HPP mgmt or a board member, you appear to have an unusual and vested interest in yet another HPP story obie that doesn't add up.

Ref DOEs I'm not concerned about it as much as you seem to be, but thanks for your concern.

Shouldn't this be a new chapter? "Part the Third"

A new and interesting development. When I went back to the beginning of this conversation looks like something's missing. Was something deleted?
