HPP BIZ: Part the second
So what would happen if all 5000 or so property owners and their families showed up ?

If there was no impropriety, seems like a forensic audit would be welcomed. Don’t tell me it would be waste of money either, just look at what’s being spent on lawyers.

Right on 8 fingers!

Obie, why isn't truth part of your vocabulary? Your Mrs Creley. You got a stake in all this be it twisted, narcissistic or worse. Your the spin meister and doing a pathetic job. It seems you support a lawsuit that will cost HPP thousands. "No money for roads Larry Kawauhua and Craig Creely" thank you very much! You and your cronies are bad news for HPP.
Something ain't right if several directors vote down forensic audit for two years straight. Creley voted it down. What are you hiding Obie? Two directors can't make an entire board quit. No one's that stupid Obie. That's why it's all BS.

I don't understand why you would want to spend $100,000 dollars on an audit that even if it found impropriety, wouldn't be able to restore any funds that were lost due to that impropriety !
And Leo, I am not who you think I am.
I have had no involvement with HPP but on Aug 1 I will be a property owner.
If you are going on what mermaid thinks, you are as delusional as she !

Whatevas Obie. You can't fool everyone. I've read all your posts. Your the spin meister. Forensic audit won't cost $100,000. That's BS. You fight too hard only people who fight that hard are hiding something.

You make good point, but not likely to happen. So a space is set aside that would accommodate maybe 500 people counting spillover into the surrounding grounds. No way could it accommodate even a forth of the owners. Is this a set up to fail sort of thing? Was it ever intended to have relevant membership meetings?
How do you communicate with the membership? How do you have a dialogue with 12000 people? With no way to communicate, how do you govern?

Really. If you have no involvement, why are you always here?
It doesn’t matter if you understand why we, the Membership voted for the Forensic Audit, We voted for it. That should be enough to make it happen.
Good to know that you too will have to pay your share of the cost of this fiasco, right along with the rest of us, especially since you helped create this mess.
Mermaid and Leslie are the only ones who were fighting for the Members, by the book. THAT’s what made them targets.

Leo posts..... (Obie)You fight too hard only people who fight that hard are hiding something."

I don't know either Leo or Obie......but I am perplexed at Obie's constant need to malign Mermaid. What kind of threat could she possibly have been to everyone else on the Board that they needed to "resign" because of her ?
And now, big strong men need TROs to protect them from her?

On the topic of receivership.....why? are we bankrupt? Did little ol' Mermaid do this also?
Or are our assets so threatened that we need a court appt. stranger to guard us from ourselves? How does this work? When the guy filing (PLAINTIFF) is the guy currently in control of the assets of the (Defendant) Hawaiian Park Owner's Assoc. ?
Our last receivership cost us over $300,000.00 , right? That was a long time ago. What will be cost this time? Orchidland , what was it? 4 years? And not over yet?

I just don't see this being the panacea some might be hoping for.

So I know I'm normally just in the Hawaiian Sovereignty/TMT threads on here, but I recently bought a house in HPP and moved in a few months ago. Can someone give me the cliff notes on what everyone is talking about in this thread? I've gone back a few pages and I'm still lost as hell. lol.

Mahalo in advance!

Kaimana, this thread covers a myriad of subjects regarding life in Hawaiian Paradise Park (HPP). See also its parent, HPP BIZ, begun by the mermaid.

HPP went into receivership in the late 90s due to mismanagement and infighting looks like its heading that way again
