Larry's the same guy whose physically threatened people at BOD meetings so not surprised he has problems in his private life too Katarina. Now he's suing HPP. Who knows, maybe the lawsuit will backfire and he'll get removed. How this guy ever got on the board of directors is unbelievable let alone these idiot directors appointed him president. The guy can barely talk intelligently and his pathetic attendance record alone should've gotten him kicked off the board. At least there's an upside to this since he's no longer the president. Stillwater how's the HPP paving job going? You resigned after you landed the job for your fiance. I was at the meeting when you were yelling at the board for choosing the higher bidder obviously there were only two bids and you were the other one. So how did he end up getting the job then?

Private life should be considered just that But I’m sure if you want to speak of how immaculate yours is many would be willing to listen (then shred it to pieces) I’m sure as uneducated as you are assuming Larry to be he is well aware the entire board could be dissolved by the judgement. This would not be a backfire on his part maybe more of an uneducated guess on yours that he wouldn’t be aware of the circumstances.The unbelievable idiot directors you refer to from what I have read in this lawsuit and witnessed at the meetings we are allowed to view Larry was a safe bet not to go off track and make board decisions on his own seems not to be such an idiotic decision. Sorry to burst your bubble Leo but Larry is the current President as the officers term is not over until the replacing of a new one (legally) According to the gospel of our bylaws.

IOW Stillwater, you all wanted a puppet President? Does Mr Larry know that? What a dumb ass self serving agenda. It gives insight into your dumb ass decision making skills while serving on the board representing us. It's the President's job to make sure the BOD tows the line "According to the gospel of our bylaws"

It looks like Mr Larry isn't making decisions on his own but he's the only plaintiff in the lawsuit. Mr Larry, and Creeley the self appointed director, have both Gone Rogue with the general manager. We know that decisions are supposed to be made at board meetings. This is where your President may be in hot water Stillwater. You want receivership now to clean up your mess at HPP's expense? If it's at HPP's expense, the finances and road paving debacle should be looked into. Like Reni said the decisions will be made in court not here. Let's hope the judge sees through all the BS.

So how did the court encounter go last week? I thought surely there would be some earth shattering news, but then again with lawyers on the clock, they will probably draw it out for years. So I'm guessing we still don't have a functioning board . . . which may or may not be a bad thing.

Meanwhile, back to the ultimate reality, the condition of my road. It wasn't really that bad, but they added gravel and meticulously graded and rolled it this week, even pushing back on grass encroachment to widen it. All the neighbors are happy and excited because things haven't been better in years. I randomly drove some other roads, and the improvement isn't just in my area. How did this happen with all the bickering that's been going on? It's a miracle, and somebody is doing their job quite well.

No board meeting again??... and no comments? Has every body given up? Our finances have to be an absolute mess. if anything ever changes, for the better(not holding my breath anymore) it will takes a long time to uncover all that has been hidden for 4 years.
