Sounds like a supposed director threatening a homeowner. Is that how the bylaws are written.

Can a person really be sued because of postings in a chat group ?

Mermaid, You are involved in several lawsuits and postings you make can come back to haunt you.

I have never been to any HPP board meetings or Membership meetings. If HPP ever has any other meetings I can't wait to introduce myelf.

Yeah right. You were outed already.

HPP's involved in several lawsuits? That's a lot please elaborate.

You're working with Obie and let me guess dan d? Doing damage control?
So, did you get paid for the paving yet? How much did we pay you? I think the lot owners have a right to know. It's our money.

I don’t work but if you think this is work I understand you even more. I have my own factual thoughts and all to back it up I’m sure Obie and dan d aren’t forming what they think on oh I heard or oh yea I think , so I would urge you they too are part of the membership. I really never expected to keep getting the board director or ex board director retaliation but hey if I must I would love to pick up my payment from you directly Leo on the paved road you live on.

Ah check signing Stillwater
The two directors said they've been excluded from HPP business for several months. That leaves one director. How many signatures are required on HPP checks? One, two, more ? Kawuuhua must be one signature so who's the second third signatures?

Ahhh Leo ...... yup agreed the two directors should be excluded indefinitely.

I presume more than one signature's required so who's been co-signing?

Ahhhh Leo there it is “ you Presume”
Not basing anything on fact or real knowledge, a guess, to suppose, to assume with confidence, to suppose to be true without proof , to think something is true without certainty...... ok Leo I understand you now .....

HPP's a sizeable corporation and if that's not part of HPP policy that's very troubling.

Seems to me anyone presuming what is and isn’t policy is very troubling

No presumptions. This was the original question that you are evading and I think you have the answer.

Mermaid, if you know, please reply.
