I would love to see a gardening thread. What a great way to share and learn how to grow your own fruits and vegies and flowers and save some money in the long run. Great idea Nancy.

Not much of a gardener, but looking forward to learning from you guys. It would be good a have a local resource for local conditions.

I won't contribute much but am highly interested. This might be best as an entirely separate forum so that there can be a number of subtopic (or is that already what you mean?)

Yes....you can add Fred and I to the list of interested punatics. We had only been able to grow tropical plants in a greenhouse before moving here so we are very excited about seeing them grow in the ground. We have much to learn!

Great idea. In the "High Cost" thread JerryCarr said he's been successful at growing lots of veggies in HPP. After reading his post I was going to suggest he give classes for folks who want to learn the finer points of gardening. This would be a great forum for Jerry to share his wisdom!
