Best car to rent to "blend in"...
#11
Don't Harper Rentals have "Harper Rental" all over them? Apart from that, they're expensive!

Is it possible to rent a beat up, rusted white 1997 Nissan pickup with someone else belongings in the back? If not, forget blending in and go for the silver hardtop Jeep Wrangler unlimited, baby, with the removable top over the driver and passenger area.

Hey Eight:

I have an island ride you can rent. Here is a pic: http://farm1.static.flickr.com/189/49736...e5.jpg?v=0

Let me know if you're interested. I guarantee they won't think you're a tourist.

Andrew

Edit: fixed spelling errors.

Andrew, I'm willing to bet the engine runs a little "rough", eh? [Big Grin]

Last time I was on Maui, I had a hat made up that says "HAOLE" in big yellow letters. On the back it says "Voted off the island". Next time I get a chance, I'm gonna get a picture of me wearing that hat next to the Pahoa sign.

Anyway, thanks to all for the suggestions!
