Make sure your plumber sets the floor drains correctly. The tile guy gets blamed for this but it is the plumbers rough in issue as there is no extension for shower drains if they are set too low, although there is about a 2" threaded piece that you can adjust about 1 1/2".
And one other note from a earlier thread. DO NOT use left over hardy panel for backer board. It deflects, and wonder board (or whatever name cement board is being sold under) will not deflect and crack grout or tile.
