There are contracts that can be entered into that are close however.
Joint tenancy and Tenants in Common.

Smoke and Mirror tactics in real estate...

I wouldn't enter into a deal like this unless I had a powerful real estate attorney as a close friend.

One Thing I can always be sure of is that things will never go as expected.
