OG - perhaps this may clarify, some of us are answering on property that is not a "condo complex, but ag land that was divided in condo CPR.
Through out the county, there are these anomaly lots that were ag acreage lots that the owners wanted to build more than one house, and "subdivide". ***This is no longer done*** The county answered this with this strange little condo creation on ag acreage *** this is no longer done*** These are not "condo complexes", but a housing situation where more than one house & land owner are on an ag rated parcel with an acreage that would not allow subdividing into 2 lots (ie: 15 acre parcel in an AG-10.... you would need 20 acres to subdivide, the county used to allow a CPR to have 2 houses.... but this is no longer done)
