Chicken vs Mongoose

For mongoose hunting I bought a Crossman model 1377 air pistol from Sportsmans guide for $65 though I have seen cheaper prices since then- looks like the same as in the Boy's Life ads I saw 45 years ago. The packaging still says "Made in USA with foreign components." For pellets get the hunting type pellets not the old flathead wadcutters.
