Stabbing with Hawaiian dagger

First, he pulled the 'dagger' out from under his shirt, not his pants. He did not make any threatening gestures with it. He actually put it down on the table in front of me as he was setting up the laptop for his testimony. He addressed me politely. He used the 'dagger' the way a talking stick is used - just held it. When the timer went off I asked him to complete his testimony, and he did so respectfully. At no time did I feel threatened. Please, folks, do not make a mountain out of a molehill.
