Mine is Lava Zone 2, with a real pool - not a catchment pool (increased liability), in Fema Flood Zone designation of AE I think. No hurricane ins. Same approx amt of dwelling coverage. Additional coverage as rental prop too.

$1053/yr. Just switched agents in June as before it was $1600.
