Im all for paying an extra $500.00 a year or more for 5 years to get "all the roads" paved. Thats probably the only way my dead end street will. Even if you add the property taxes to the yearly road fees...It still adds up to less than what I would pay just in property taxes in just about any other state when you include the Hawaii exemption. Besides... we might even get a discount getting our driveway paved when they're paving the road in front of our house!
