finding a factual report, albeit 16 years old, is one thing but interpreting it correctly is clearly quite another...
lets start with:
heavy metals in the air (dense poisonous gas) generally stay low to the ground,
"Since hydrogen sulfide is heavier thanair, it can accumulate in low-lying areas during temperatureinversions or when prevailing trade winds are calm."
Yep, but the testing for such metals is not required at ground level.
"The HDOH provided ATSDR with ambient air monitoring datacollected near the PGV facility."
ambient air monitoring doesn't monitor the concentrations of gases at ground level

all this aside, if there is no health issues then why did the county buy out properties?
if there is no health issues then why are those properties never allowed to be inhabited again?

I'm not going to pretend to have all the answers, but it should be clear to anyone with half a brain that there is more going on here than meets the eye AND if history is any precedent by which to judge chances are its about rich people getting richer at the expense(expense = in this case health) of the rest of us
