Call or visit the State DOH in Hilo
Wastewater, Clean Air, Drinking Water, Clean Water (808) 933-0401

They have cards on file, but as previous posters haven noted those cards may have errors...for us, we still have no idea WHERE ours is, except that it is NOT in the location of the card on file
One option we may pursue if our curiosity gets the best of us, is optical scoping of the drain lines...hard to do on a neighbors lines!
