HPPOA still pushing for road fees??

Thank you all who provided positive testimony for the passage of bills 82 and 83 http://bigislandnow.com/2013/06/18/counc...ed-limits/

After second reading these will be law. With an enforceable speed limit of 15 mph on our unpaved roads we can move forward in earnest formulating a "reasonable precaution" policy concerning "fugitive dust" for HPP.
