Exercise Facilities for Seniors?

I belong to Aloha Fitness in Hilo off of Railroad across from Target and next to Kona Transport. I am going in for a workout Wednesday before I go to teach a chess class in Hilo. I could ask them. But, it has been my experience that gyms generally don't do that. Or, if they did let someone pay by the workout, it is usually way out of line. I tried that on Maui some years ago while we were there on vacation, and the cost was pretty outrageous.
