If what you're trying to repair was built in the late 90's, then you may as well replace all the caps, because, if the circuit board was part of the 'capacitor plague' syndrome, the rest will more than likely go bad. Mouser has everything you need, as does Digi Key. May as well pick up a Hakko, or something similar, temp controlled iron and de-soldering station while you're at it. And, odd of a resistor going bad are very slim.
