More great ideas! I did not even think to rent a sprayer. That is the way to go! I did use Behr paint/primer in Texas prior to moving and thought that paint was really good. Someone else told me to use "gripper" primer.
Yeah, I'd love to somehow stain/seal it, but it is too dark and I have to go lighter to spruce the place up. IMHO And I have a block foundation/garage area under the house and huge cement steps on both sides, that all have to somehow be sealed too.
I'm sure I'll be working on this house until the day I die.
