I really didn't want to start a thread that rehashes the same stuff that's been covered multiple times in the past. I was interested in discussing the ruling and it's actual effect on laws and legislation in Hawaii. I'm sure no one's opinion on the merits or lack thereof of ownership or physical possession of guns will ever be changed on a forum such as this. I thought we almost had a rational discussion starting. At least it initially looked like there was potential.
