Gambsky trial

I recall reading in the paper that Gambsky's story is that he came home and found his wife had hung herself. He panicked and buried the body because he feared being accused of murder. He could hypothetically use a similar defense to that of Robert Durst, who admitted to shooting his neighbor and then chopping up the body. I don't know if the result will be same for Gambsky though.
