We have a blue two person loveseat/recliner just taking up space in our groumd floor guest room that I could probably be convinced to part with. It is heavy because it is a recliner, and you will need to move it yourself, and I would ask that you help move a light rattan loveseat downstairs for us (much lighter than the loveseat!) when you come get it.
I wouldn't ever get leather here, it molds virtually over night, especially any side that is against a wall or end table, if it is totally freestanding and you wanted to spend time every single week wiping it down with some sort of fungicide it might work. I would go for rattan, or if you can afford it, the vintage Koa plantation furniture, both come with replaceable cushions and cushion covers. Both breath well and don't harbor bugs.
