back to the Starbucks road crew...
Starbucks has organized many Highway cleanups. Have helped on some that have been along 130 (they have a good group of people), esp the ones that are nearer to our neck of the woods, close to the dreaded Keaau bottleneck.
So, if you see them, help! It is not a Starbucks People only group...they are just nice enough to organize it...
Or if you have any reason not to want to associate with their group, it is easy enough to start your own cleanup group.,..
and unlike rumors I have heard as both organizer & volunteer, you will not be taking away a job from a county employee if you help at a cleanup... there are far more litter-ers than that & the county could not hire all of the litter-ers mommys to clean up after them!
