I use that motto often.

But the roads from Kapoho to HPP along the coast are already existing they just have to be fixed/widened/cleared. Many years ago the HPP to HB road I was able to take my Toyota corolla on (+20 yrs). It is still there just needs a lot of work.

As for the power lines..... I dont know. But HD still has a ton of generators available.
